16 Personality Types Test
Your four-letter type, built on Big Five research.
What it measures
Public-domain Big Five items mapped to four type axes, with continuous percentages on every axis instead of a strict either/or label.

How it works
- 50 short statements. Rate how accurately each one describes you as you generally are now — not as you wish to be.
- The statements are written in the first person without “I”, for example “Am always prepared”.
- There are no right or wrong answers. Go with your first reaction.
About your score
You get a four-letter type plus a fifth letter (C for composed or R for reactive), and a percentile on each axis. The items come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool, which measures the Big Five traits; each letter compares your score with a provisional population median. Most people sit near the middle on at least one axis, so read the percentiles, not just the letters.
