Emotional Intelligence Test
How you perceive, manage and use emotions.
What it measures
Four areas — well-being, self-control, emotionality and sociability — plus short situational judgment questions about handling emotions in real situations.

How it works
- Part 1: 28 statements about how you usually feel and act. Rate how much you agree with each one.
- Part 2: 8 everyday situations. Pick the response you think would work best.
- Answer honestly rather than how you would like to be. There are no right answers in Part 1.
About your score
You get an EQ index from 0 to 100, a score for each of four areas — well-being, self-control, emotional awareness and sociability — and a separate score for the situations. Self-report shows how you see yourself, which is not always how others see you. Percentiles use provisional norms.
