Resilience Test
How you bounce back when things go wrong.
What it measures
Four areas linked to resilience in research: how fast you recover, whether you look for what you can do, how you explain setbacks, and whether you let others help.
How it works
- 24 statements about how you handle setbacks and hard times.
- Rate how well each one describes you, from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree".
- Think about how you usually are, not how you would like to be.
- About 4 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.
About your score
You get a resilience score from 0 to 100 and a score for each of four areas: recovery, agency, perspective and support. Scores describe your own answers; percentiles will be added once enough people have taken the test.
